Putting this on my never again list.

I have been to a different Jack's Donuts before where they still had a good selection after 3pm, so I assumed this location would also be prepared for a special... read more I have been to a different Jack's Donuts before where they still had a good selection after 3pm, so I assumed this location would also be prepared for a special holiday. However, they were completely out of donuts and closing early. When I asked why they didn't make more, they simply said they did not expect to be so busy and the bakers were not available. We were disappointed to find the store completely closed and out of stock, and based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Their donuts are worth trying, but I would suggest visiting a different Jack's Donuts if possible. Many people have shared similar experiences with this particular location, and I believe they should clearly state their closing time based on availability. Overall, I am not upset that they closed once they sold out of donuts, as long as it is communicated to customers.

It was my first time at Jack's Donuts, so I was unsure about their variety of donuts and coffee flavors. Unfortunately, the employee behind the counter was unfriendly and seemed disinterested in working there. While I was asking questions about the donuts and coffee, he answered a phone call and his attitude towards the caller made me decide to leave. I didn't want to support a business that treats customers poorly.
