I called and talked with the manager and he nicely offered to re-make our sandwiches. I didn?t realize he wasalso remaking our whole order and gave us an additional item to say sorry as well. I appreciated the good customer service!

I love that the ingredients are always fresh and I can see that my burger was cooked right in front of me and served hot. When hot, their fries are fantastic. I have to find anyone's fries that are still appealing to me once they are no longer piping hot.
