So my only suggestion for this place is that if you wan to go hear, you should never look at the calorie counter as the desserts are yummy and very heavy!.

I went to this place by my little nephew's recommendation. the menu is really good, many options for beaver tails, and the ice cream selection is unique, they e... read more I went to this place by my little nephew's recommendation. the menu is really good, many options for beaver tails, and the ice cream selection is unique, they even have a Red Bull ice cream.What really disappointed me was the customer service, all employees without exception were unfriendly and had an attitude (hey I'm from New York, and not even here I've seen so harsh people). They even mistook my order and when we complained, they changed my ice cream flavor but with a bad look. Overall, I didn't like service anywhere in Quebec. Maybe that's not their forte.
