Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Broomfield

Absolutely amazing! Management is so beautiful and all employees treat everyone with respect. Beautiful area and so happy with the service! Food is also amazing. Fries are groundless together with other sides and the burgers are simply perfect!

The food was excellent and our server was attentive and attentive! However, the manager left something to wish?. Specifically, he asked us to pay immediately while he didn't bring us our physical controls and told us to use the QR scanner that didn't actually work. I don't know. I tried and I only saw the menu and no way to pay anywhere. The manager did not try to give us our controls and watched us as if we were going without pay. If my money isn't as good as other families, then a polite person would keep it for himself. Our server was apologetic, but a bad manager is obviously a bad manager. The manager then followed my family to our cars and checked the checks once we leave our table as if we committed a crime or are ?undesirables?. Honestly, the only thing was that I would take my family back there when I was paid.

The service and food were fantastic, but the experience was marred by the manager's behavior. He approached us and insisted that we pay and leave immediately, despite us having settled our bill. Our server was outstanding, but the manager then followed us to the parking lot, making us feel as if we were somehow threatening. We are all servers at a local restaurant ourselves, and it felt unjustified for him to monitor us in that way. We are good paying customers and believe we deserve better treatment. My family and I will not return, and I can only caution others to think twice before dining here if they want to enjoy their day.

I went to Red Robin and I have to say, it didn’t disappoint! I had a burger and it was just as tasty as I expected. The service was great too.

The food was excellent, the unlimited fries were fantastic, and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. I had an amazing experience!
