While some patrons laud the pleasant ambiance and attentive service, others report disappointments such as slow food delivery, cold meals, and drafts from poorly insulated areas. Several diners noted a lack of indoor waiting space, particularly during colder months, leading to uncomfortable waits. Despite these drawbacks, many dishes like the fried dumplings and new cocktails received high praise, suggesting that when things go right, the dining experience can be delightful. In summary, while this establishment shows potential, operational inconsistencies may leave some guests wanting more.
Took our daughter fiancà out to celebrate their engagement. Hadnât been in since the remodel nice ambiance. Had a great meal the new Tokyo Mule was awesome! The server was very attentive and friendly. Nice experience.
Everything arrived cold and we had to send it back to be remade.
All of the staff were pleasant and made the evening enjoyable.
Reservation for kids). Ordered almost immediately and everything was just extremely slow with poor service. Asked for straws times. Ordered a drink that never arrived. Dinner took hours where the kids started falling asleep at the table. The restaurant was not terrible busy on a Monday either Just not the kind of service you expect from P.F. Changâs. I understand there is a pandemic going on but we are more than a year into it and you should be able to figure out how to better manage the restaurant.
First, dusty. The light fixtures above our table covered in dust. Slow slow slow, it took nearly hour to get our food, plus it came out one at a time. I got my food then mins later my daughter got her food. Food was kuke warm, one dish they forgot the sauce. The server was fine, but blamed the kitchen for everything and never attempted to win is back. bucks for adults kids, one alcoholic drink, nope.
