Mcdonald's - Broomfield

I have never encountered such hardworking and dedicated employees at a McDonald's before. We stopped in to use the facilities and place an order, and it seemed to be the busiest time for dinner because they were swamped. However, the staff worked seamlessly together, demonstrating excellent communication and organization to manage all the orders. Everything was impeccably clean, the fries were hot and crispy, and the customer service was on point. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's. I did deduct one star because half of my fries were missing, and there were no condiments available. But considering how busy they were, I understand.

My Big Mac was missing both lettuce and onions. I only noticed this after I got home, which was about 20 minutes later. When I returned to the restaurant, the employee and the manager were very courteous and professional, and they resolved my issue promptly. We all make mistakes, but what truly matters is how we handle them. Thank you for your excellent service!

The service was quick and efficient. While the staff didn't display excessive friendliness, they also weren't unfriendly. The greeting at the drive-thru was simply, "What would you like?" but it didn't come across as rude. The place was incredibly busy, and it was definitely the fastest I've experienced a McDonald's drive-thru since before the pandemic.

One of the best McDonald's I've been too in a long time. Staff are friendly. Inside is clean.
