I stopped by on a Tuesday, in the early evening. It wasn't crowded, Ana was super sweet and very helpful. She let me sample whatever, with no pressure to buy. I'm from Missouri, so the prices seemed a tad high, but perhaps it's standard pricing for mall fare here, seemed a lot cheaper than California prices. I visited on a Tuesday evening, and it wasn't busy at all. Ana was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. She allowed me to sample anything I wanted without any pressure to make a purchase. Coming from Missouri, the prices felt a bit high to me, but I suppose they are typical for mall food in this area. They seemed a lot more reasonable compared to California prices. Once I made my decision, Ana made me feel good about it, which added to the overall experience. The ice cream was delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service!
