Halfway through o... read more To add to our disappointment, the outer layer of my pork was burnt and inedible, and my husband’s medium rare steak was cooked to medium well. Halfway through our meal, the manager came by to ask about the appetizers; we provided our honest feedback, but he simply left afterward. After our meal, the waiter offered us a complimentary dessert, which we declined in favor of coffee. Almost twenty minutes later, our coffee finally arrived. By that time, all we wanted was to leave. The whole experience felt like a simple meal that could have easily been prepared at home—disappointing, overpriced, and poorly executed, taking nearly two hours. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. It’s pretentious with its pricing and fails to deliver quality food. For the same cost, I recommend making a quick drive to Boulder to visit Brasserie Ten Ten, where the food and service are exceptional, and you won’t have to wait forever to enjoy your meal.
