All we ordered was the best version of a teller I've ever tasted. the tabouli was amazing that I wish more! the service was also very friendly, helpful efficient. vegetarian options: loved the vegan jerusalem mix a mix of shitake mushrooms, tofu, kichererbsen and jerusal artichokes delicious!
After traveling to israel a few years ago and experiencing the culture and amazing food, I was trying to try a friend of mine recommended for fuel at night. no disappointments, every dish was full of taste and very authentic, I was even tried by my Jewish friend to try the chopped liver with meerrettich, which is a combination. we loved the homemade bagels, weinliste was small, but wee quality was good. will definitely return vegetarian options: many vegetarian options via common plates and large. parking: many free parking
Fuel at night on fridays and Saturdays... the best meal in a restaurant I had for years. we came to recommendations from friends and had no idea what to expect. we went for the common menu and loved just every single mouth. I have never ordered sashimi, but it was in the set menu and it was one of my favorites. the labneh was sensational. everything was a way out. the workers we so inviting and attentive and explained the menu. the atmosphere was great. that was one of my favorite nights in a long time. edit: 2 times here for dinner. 22 October 2022 and it was not disappointed

A brilliant example of two restaurants operating out of the same space. This very good cafe turns into an extremely good middle eastern (Israeli, mainly) diner a few nights a week. Excellent flavours with a light touch from the kitchen the tabouleh was a revelation and the bagels are a must. Even though it's a small, bright space and seems to be always packed (make a booking), the vibe is welcoming and friendly, with great service and a good soundtrack. A classy yet casual addition to Brookvale's emerging f&b scene, more of this please.
