Mcdonald's - Brooksville

I have to say, this restaurant has improved a lot! In the past, they would always get my order wrong, but the last few times I've been there, everything has been correct. I haven't received cold, soggy fries or a messed up soda either. I give them 4 stars for the improvement. Overall, it's still McDonald's.

I asked if it would have been better to order something a certain way I was told it would have been the same price but of course I was oversharged. Pointed it out to a manager and was told thats how I ordered my food. I told her no I asked if it would havebeen cheaper ordering it the way I did and said it would have been the same. The cashier entered it the way she wanted to, notthe way I ordered it. If she would have entered it the way I ordered it I would have saved about $4. No big deal, its just theprincipal. But never again.

I ordered two kids chicken nuggets at this restaurant. The nuggets were very disappointing, as they were dry and tasteless like cardboard. The fries were also stale and the apples seemed off. I specifically asked for no mustard on my hamburger, but they got my order wrong. The fries were stale as well. When I ordered a quarter pounder without pickles, it also came with a sliver of onion, which was not what I wanted. When I tried to get a refill on my iced tea, I had to wait for 3 minutes before anyone offered to help me. The manager and other staff members seemed to deliberately ignore me when I requested assistance. Another customer had to return their entire meal because it was so bad. This was without a doubt the worst food and service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's in my 60 years. I hope that these issues can be addressed and that the management improves. - Jack Heath, Springhill.

Tonight, I was really craving a Big Mac with extra Mac sauce, so I decided to come to this restaurant. I was warmly greeted and my food was fresh and accurate. I truly appreciate their friendliness and quick service, especially considering that it was nighttime. I would have taken pictures, but I couldn't resist eating it too quickly! ???

I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy, with extra gravy. I received 1 biscuit, and a tiny little bit of gravy. Save yourself the frustration and go to Wendy's!
