Florida Cracker Kitchen - Brooksville

This place deserves 6 stars. The most amazing food cooked from scratch. The cinnamon rolls are world famous and the size of the plates. They keep incredibly busy and cool the food perfectly. Portions are enormous. Great people good service.

Every time I get here, it's 5 stars. The service is always the best. All servers are friendly and attentive. The chefs always make everything fresh, so it is hot when it touches your plate. Definitely recommend this Brooksville stack for everyone!

I was in the area for work and wanted to stop for lunch. This was one of the first places to come to my search, and I am glad it did. Extremely friendly staff and delicious food. The cornberry hash was perfect. I highly recommend getting the cookie when you're here. If I'm ever back in the area for some reason, I'll definitely be over again for another delicious lunch, and maybe this time I'll get her cinnamon roll!

*Southern Flavor, Meets Welcoming Environment* I was on a search since I moved to Florida for a great breakfast place. I was very disappointed by a lack of originality and taste. Florida Cracker Kitchen broke the spell for me. I mean, who brings shrimps into an omelette?? Or coconut in pancakes?? They do and they do it with style, originality, and wonderful southern taste. From the time you enter, you get this wonderful familiar feeling, even if you? ve was never before. The staff was the essence of southern hospitality. With an incredibly diverse staff and many smiles to go around my wife and I felt like home. The coffee was better than expected and the mimoses were also original. Oh and the big surprise? the grottos were from this world!! This situation is only cash and it doesn't matter to me because it's worth it. Finally, it is rare that I wanted to leave a restaurant planning my next visit, but Florida Cracker Kitchen gave me this experience. We'll be back and next time we'll bring friends. Original Florida food is finally on the map for me here.

This is a MUST stop if you are near Brooksville area. The atmosphere is fun and food absolutely delicious. After eating you can do a bit of shopping and enjoy the tap room. Shrimp and Grits were beyond expectations and not served like anything I?ve had before. Omelets and corned beef and hash were all flavorful!
