Chili's - Brooksville

Always my favorite. This location was one of the better ones I've been to. The service was on point. The food came out hot and fresh and very timely. I definitely will go back again.

Damn good ribye steak! Surprised at how good it was. Hats off to the cook. The sides weren 't very good mashed potatoes and broccoli), but the steak was. Also the wife had the chicken waffles, which was pretty damn good as well. Waitress was so so. Food came out fast we went around 1pm). Would I go back again? Definitely! Okay, second time going here 6-19-21). I bumped up my 4 stars to 5 now because this time I ordered the double bbq bacon burger with fries and a side of chili. Best burger ever! This burger was huge and delicious! 6 slices of bacon!! Not even 5 guys could match this monster. Whoever is cooking at this restaurant needs a raise, and the management too. The waitress who also was bartending sorry I can 't remember her name,but she was a pretty blond vixen) was absolutely an outstanding waitress. So polite, and on the ball even though she was extra busy. And another blond waitress was a super nice sweetheart who gave us a super happy Father 's day greeting even she wasn 't our specific waitress. What awesome teamwork. The management should be proud of these fine young ladies. The wife and son enjoyed everything as well. Super impressed with this place, and highly recommend giving them a try.

The restaurant is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. I will say the restaurant has improved significantly over the past year. Two years ago this restaurant was not so good. However, it appears they’ve changed management and have now come to new levels across the board. The manager Nikki is friendly, courteous, and on her game. The food and service have improved and the changes are noticeable. Keep up the great work.

Excellent service!!! A beautiful young lady, named Courtney. She was extremely sweet super helpful. While everyone was super busy (including herself) she helped us out a lot. You don't go to a lot of places and feel at home, but here it's spot on!! GREAT food for their prices Courtney was awesome! THANK YOU CHILI'S for the all around great experience!

Had lunch here yesterday, 10.27.22 and the entire experience was excellent!!! The waitress was attentive and very accommodating to some additional requests. The young man that brought out the fajita dish went above and beyond with offering best suggestions for future visits. Good food and great service! Will definitely be returning next time I'm in town.
