Ordered online. The order was almost two hours late with absolutely no communication from the restaurant. We eventually gave up on it being delivered and went to pick it up, only to find that it wasn't even remotely ready yet and they didn't have the ingredients to make our order on hand, and didn't tell us. To top it off, when I finally did get my food, they got my order wrong. Steak fries were solid at least, but I will never eat here or order from here again.At the very least, from what I have heard they seem to serve people who dine-in a little better, so I can't write them off completely for anyone looking for a vegan joint.
Ordered delivery; after waiting for over an hour with no update, we called, and they stated that food would be ready in 15 minutes . after waiting for another 30 minutes, i walked to the store and was told that half of the food wasn 't prepared, and the delivery driver had left to go buy more food. we waited another 45 minutes before we finally got our food. no apology or acknowledgement that there was a problem.when we got to eat our food, two of the four orders were wrong. the remaining two orders were correct, but the quality of the food was extremely mid. would give zero stars if it were possible, don 't waste your time.
