And for some reason she decided to make it her purpose to never actually do her job and prepare all the ingredients required for all of the breakfast foods just because you work in the black neighborhood doesn't mean you get to act in such a manner you still are an industry Cooperative as such when you are expected to do something you will do it it is not you do not feel to do it it is not all the ovens off because I don't want to turn it on it is you have a job you are paid now shut up and do it. I don't know who the manager at the Wendy's on Atlantic Avenue and Logan. But there's a black woman who works breakfast at your establishment and she needs to be fired because every day I have come to that restaurant she has disappointed me.

There were only 4 cars ahead of me but... read more I am not a frequent eviewer but I had really really bad experience today. Worst drive though ever, manner less employees. There were only 4 cars ahead of me but it took 50 minutes to reach the window. And after reaching to window, he told me my order was not there so he start retaking it and when I complained about it he told me with attitude it gonna be ready in 2 mins do I want it or not. Okey I waited but when I get my food after 8 mins surprisingly the food was very cold and he forgot to give me soda. And when I complained about it he asked me to wait in-front and said one of their employee will show up with hot food but they never showed up. The guy at the window seems intoxicated. I threw that food in garbage. If a fast food restaurant can’t serve good than why they open it late night. Horrible experience.

It's taking... read more This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. Ever time I come here it's some kind of issue. I have been on this line for about 40 minutes. It's taking then around 10-15 minutes to serve each vehicle. I did a mobile order and it's not letting me cancel or I would have left. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!

After waiting nearly 10 minutes on the drive-thru... read more Let me start by saying that the staff is extremely rude. I placed a mobile order to pick up at the drive-thru. After waiting nearly 10 minutes on the drive-thru the person tells me that they don't do druve-thru mobile order. So I went inside and afterwaiting about 8 minutes I get my cold food because it was sitting there for nearly 20 minutes. The was going to ask for them toprepare my food again, but just as I was going to ask the staff went off on a customer. Do NOT go to this wendys you'll have abad experience. BTW I ended throwing away my food it was too cold.

I did not catch her name but she was very helpful and very friendly, it was nice to enjoy conversation with the staff on such a rainy miserable day.Thanks for making my day just a little bit better ??
