I ordered through Seamless and waited 45 minutes without receiving my food, so I called to check on it. They looked up my name and promised it was on its way. After an hour, I called again; they took my name and assured me it was coming, telling me to wait just five more minutes before hanging up. Two hours later, I called once more, and they admitted they had forgotten my order. I'm starving; don't waste your time here.
This has to be the worst Chinese food I've ever had. For reference, I got the sesame chicken/white rice, pork lo mein, and pork dumplings. The pork dumplings and lo mein were decent at best, but the sesame chicken/white rice were horrible. I didn't even know you could mess up white rice but ours was stale and cold, and even appeared like someone ate a spoonful on the way to deliver it to us. The sesame chicken was so hard and dry I couldn't even pierce it with my fork, let alone chew and swallow it. It was so bad I couldn't not write a review to warn others.
