I tried a ramen dish at U-gu, but it was quite disappointing. The menu item had very little inside—mostly noodles with not much else. The flavor was bland, and the overall dish was underwhelming. My experience at U-gu was not enjoyable, and I left feeling very dissatisfied.
I’ve finally found outstanding sushi in Brooklyn! It’s incredible!
