Tota's Bakery - Brooklyn

My only complaint is about one specific woman who is quite rude and slow. You really have to keep an eye on her while she prepares your order, or there's a good chance something will go wrong. She works during the early morning shift and is the slimmer, dark-skinned lady who always seems a bit down. On the other hand, there's another woman who is wonderfully efficient and a pleasure to interact with. If only everyone had her level of customer service! I hope someone takes notice of these comments, as it would greatly benefit them. For instance, today, she told my partner to open his mouth because she couldn’t hear him. How rude is that? She needs to be trained better or possibly let go!

I’ve been ordering from here for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. The food is amazing!

The roti resembled strange flatbread, and the oxtail was lacking in flavor. Overall, it was not a good experience.

I was not satisfied at all. Last night, I had high hopes for a tasty cake, but the "big cupcake" I ordered was dense and stale. It was honestly the worst cupcake I've ever had. Perhaps this isn't one of their specialties. I won't be returning to find out.

Dining here is fantastic! The comfort food is delightful. However, the real highlight is the freshly baked bread, which you can get sliced or unsliced. The bread pairs perfectly with coffee in the morning.
