My experience was a good one; customer service was terrific. I thought I was in a different country for a moment, couldn?t believe I was in the U.S! As for the food, the oxtail was ok, tender, and flavorful. The jerk chicken had a good flavor but nota good texture, it seemed like it was sitting too long, and it was tough and dry, yet it was drowning in ?gravy!?
