When I went back to dispute... read more This restaurant needs to be shut all the way down!!! I ordered from Uber eats and picked up my order. Half of the order was missing. When I went back to dispute it the staff there was so unprofessional and rude!! This hole in the wall will be hearing from my lawyer and the department of health! There is so much integrity issues it’s not funny! There’s an extensive menu, items being ordered is not even prepared there. And they were so nonchalant about the entire issue. Me giving them a 1star is being kind!! They deserve a zero and to be shut down!!! The restaurant was filthy and there was a dirty sneaker under the table where the food is being left! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

I have tried to order delivery from this place on 3 separate occasions and each time they were closed yet did not update being closed online or ubereats, seamle... read more I have tried to order delivery from this place on 3 separate occasions and each time they were closed yet did not update being closed online or ubereats, seamless, DoorDash, etc. It is frustrating to wait almost 2 hours for food and then be told they’re actually closed and it’s also very inconsiderate for the delivery people because they have to go all the way to the establishment just to see it’s closed. A waste of time when this place could easily say they’re closed and save everyone time. I’m not going to lie, the food looks delicious but as of now I’m going to have to give them 1 star. If I ever get to try the food I will update my review.

Not sure what the complaints about the establishment are, but customer service, the quality of food, and wait time get a solid 5/5 for me. Shoutout to the young guys who were in there today.

Although the service... read more I ordered the basa fries at The Bergen and received four generously sized pieces served over well-seasoned fries. Every bite was a delight. Although the service was a bit slow, it was definitely worth the wait—the dish was cooked to perfection, light and crispy just the way I like it. The staff at The Bergen are friendly and attentive. They have an efficient call-ahead, walk-up delivery system in place. I’m looking forward to returning to try the wings. Be sure to check out their menu and don’t miss the amazing live entertainment they offer.

I requested my food extra crispy, and it was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned. The fries had a delicious garlic butter flavor—I’m not sure how to describe it, but it was great! The customer service was excellent as well. Thanks, guys!
