Subway was founded by 17 year old Fred DeLuca and financed by Peter Buck in 1965 as Pete 's SuperSubmarines[7] in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The restaurant was renamed Subway two years later, and a franchise operation began in1974 with a second restaurant in Wallingford, Connecticut.[8] It has since expanded to become a global franchise. Subway servesan array of topping choices, allowing the customer to choose which toppings they want on their sandwich. He saw the coupons in my h... read more Horrible customer service. Rude owner and staff. Didn 't greet me after I said good afternoon, I had to repeat it, and he said What!! He saw the coupons in my hand, and pointed to the sign that said no coupons. I couldn 't believe that. I don 't mind thefact that they don 't participate in the coupons, I do mind not being greeted and being given hand gestures without conversation.He could have simply said we don 't participate, however we do have other good deals . This was one of the worst and oddestexperiences I have ever faced in Brooklyn. Don 't waste your time or money going to this particular Subway 's. Honestly, theyshouldn 't represent Subway 's at all. They discredit the entire Franchise!! I went to other Subway 's who didn 't participate inthe coupons, and purchased 2 delicious sandwiches for my husband and I.

While some Subways can be a bit skimpy, this one truly exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to the person who made that sandwich—you did an incredible job! This is how every Subway should be!

This... read more This is one of the worst Subways I've ever visited. The staff displays a lot of attitude, speaking to customers rudely and making you feel like a nuisance. This isn't a one-time issue; it happens consistently. The older women working there treat customers as if they owe them something. I've decided I'm done with this location. Beware if you choose to go here!
