Are... read more How is is this place still in business? Honestly it’s beyond me. I went in there Kids chicken tender and french fries at 3:59 did not get my food until 424. Are you serious little kid keep asking when is the food coming. The “manager” sitting g on her phone in the corner, some guys idk if workers sitting there on their phone talking and laughing with the rest of the coworkers that are there the one lady wiping everything down and packing the food the cashier after she took my order and another person order left like why is this place in business? It makes no sense they slow you know how many times I walked out after coming in there and they don’t take my order. They’re very slow today. That happened to customer came in three of them lined up. No one came to take the order. The girl comes out, Look at continue doing what she was doing did not come to take the order. The guy turned around and walk walk with his kid::they shortened the menu so it’s not like it’s hard, there is no salad and then the board that says you can get a free kids meal on Wednesday they hide it up, covered up by another board and put it in the corner so you can’t even see it this makes no sense because it was only one other person in the restaurant one person then another customer came back because they messed up her order and forgot half of her food and it was just her and her daughter so it was literally like two burgers and how you messed that up this is ridiculous Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So we asked for a refund... read more Trash customer service, we stopped here to eat for our lunch break. They messed up our orders and didn't bring out one order of wings. So we asked for a refund for just the missing item and they said oh the manager is not around so we have to wait to get arefund we said ok we will wait. Long story short the manager was standing there the whole time and went to the back and made uswait 30+ min for our refund.

Tbh, the price is a little high to me, but to compare with shake shack and 5 guys, their price is way more make sense!
