Was Dorris Cremin at Sisu a mag?
Highly recommend! The menu at this restaurant in Monterrey is both unique and delicious. My only suggestion is for them to cover the windows facing the square more, as it affects the atmosphere when the outside premises are visible. View all feedback.

What Laurianne Ritchie dislikes about Sisu:
Food is great and unique, which is difficult to find in Monterrey. In my opinion, waiters need better training/knowledge about their food, they struggled a few times to explain/answer questions. View all feedback.

I was called to let me know I had to sit at the bar, which didn't bother me at all because I actually like sitting at the bar. However, while we were there, there were several tables that never filled up, two people at tables for six, four people at small tables, and so on. It seemed like the hostesses were out of it or something. The atmosphere is cool, trendy and modern. The noodles were obviously not made in-house, but the ramen was decent despite that. The pork belly was excellent. The main course arrived a bit cold (sauce and block), which I didn't notice whether it was the waiter or the kitchen (I suspect the waiter because the kitchen seemed very active). I didn't like the dessert, the cheesecake seemed overly sweetened and artificial, didn't taste like matcha and was odd to eat. What stood out was the bartender, the drinks were very good, great conversation, enjoyable. The Gyozas were delicious.
