It is a definite 5 stars for its cleanliness and pleasant ambience. Mr. Rowe recently catered an event for my family and the food was all the rage! Clean, fresh, delicious, AUTHENTIC Jamaican cuisine served piping hot at our venue. Staff is courteous, pleasant and efficient way more than can be said for most Jamaican restaurants where staff are shamefully rude. This restaurant deserves 10 stars! Mr. Rowe is an absolute pleasure to deal with; a true professional. Please check them out you 'll be pleased. A best kept secret in the neighborhood of East Flatbush.
