The ton... read more I absolutely love this ramen restaurant in New York. The duck bone shoyu ramen is amazing - it's rich and full of flavor. The noodles are excellent too. The tonkotsu ramen is decent, but nothing special compared to other places in NY. The duck bone shoyu, however, is outstanding and unique. I also highly recommend trying the popcorn shrimp!

Of course t... read more The best ramen I've ever eaten and it's the second time in the same place. Tonkotsu is a brilliant ramen with a delicate but deliciously fatty meat. Of course there is noodles, there are delicious mushrooms, eggs and all those ramen stuff.A spacious place, super nice and professional service. It's a real diamond in this area. I will come back here more than once and I highly recommend this restaurant.
