Description

Nestled in the heart of the city, this restaurant presents a varied experience for diners. While some customers rave about the delicious, well-seasoned dishes and exceptional service, others find them lacking, particularly regarding portion sizes and value for money. Patrons have described disappointing burritos that skimp on ingredients yet carry hefty price tags. Nonetheless, the atmosphere is often highlighted as inviting, and friendly staff are a common theme in positive reviews. Overall, while some diners remain loyal fans, others are left questioning the establishment's consistency and worthiness in a city brimming with more affordable Mexican fare.

The vibe. The food. The drinks. Everything is AMAZING!! I've been trying to find a good Mexican restaurant for months and this place did not disappoint. I had the steak fajita. The steak was seasoned. The rice was PERFECT. The peppers onions cooked to perfection. I LOVED it, one of the best fajitas I've had in a very long time. Definitely will be back to try EVERYTHING on the menu. Corn on the cob I could have ate 3 of them...AMAZING!!! Our waiter was very polite and answered all our questions. He checked on us without being over bearing (I hate that). I like to eat in peace and not have someone hovering over me. My new favorite spot.

Very disappointing. The food was really good. The meats were nice and tender. I was really excited to see this type of Mexican food in NY. However, super salty. Like why?! And the service was among the worst I’ve had in NY. Looked like it was the owner. But he looked like he had no soul left in him. Didn’t look at us, hardly spoke, was just BAD ENERGY.

Paloma’s was great when they first opened however after quarantine prices went way up and food is no longer hot and tasty. They now charge $7 for chips n salsa , tables are super sticky makes sitting there uncomfortable, Margaritas are bland, and the server is a bit excessive with the name calling “my sweet baby” “my lovely lady” “my beautiful lady at the corner of the table” just too much.I also asked for a side of avocado and they don’t do that unless it’s their full side of stuffed avocado.Avocado fries are nasty.
