Asked me if I had already paid for it with a smirk on... read more Delivery guy just dropped my food on my food because I asked him to walk up ONE step. Exploded everywhere. Asked me if I had already paid for it with a smirk on his face then drove away. Guy has now called 6 times after delivery because he’s confusingmy number for other deliveries. I tipped $8 for coming 4 blocks. This food was for my little kid and I used to deliver food too.Really not cool

For instance, if... read more It seems that when you order something they’ve run out of, they just toss a random substitute into your bag without reaching out to you first. For instance, if there’s no mac and cheese available, you'll get fries instead. If they've run out of strawberry cheesecake, they'll just give you regular cheesecake. They often forget to include condiments that should come with your meal, and if they don’t have everything you ordered, they might throw in a few extra nuggets as a silent apology. I've ordered from them about five times now, and it's never been quite right. While the quality is decent for the prices, and the delivery is pretty quick, the consistency is all over the place.
