High Thai - Brooklyn

I absolutely adore this restaurant for takeout/delivery. The menu offers a wide variety of Thai and Chinese dishes, with options as diverse as you can imagine. Ordering through the app is incredibly easy, and the food arrives fresh, carefully packaged with plenty of sauces and dressings. The flavors are bold and distinct, each dish showcasing its own unique taste and texture, along with a garnish of lime when needed. I was so entranced by the appetizing aroma that I forgot to take photos and ended up devouring everything. The delivery time was estimated at 45 minutes, but the food arrived well before that. The delivery person was polite and pleasant, explaining the contents of the order. I would highly recommend this place!

FAKE THAI. GREEN CURRY WAS MOSTLY ONIONS AND VERY VERY SWEET. The food is tasty, it’s obvious that it’s not a traditional Thai. I think it would be fine if I ordered Chinese food. But ordering Thai and being surprised by a Chinese version of it was disappointing.

Not a Thai food, just rebranded Chinese. Terrible for Thai and overpriced for Chinese. Chicken noodle soup was definitely wonton soup. Dishonest.

I have to agree with the reviewer who calls this a fake thai run by Chinese. The food totally lacks nuance in flavour. We ordered a delivery of pad thai and massaman curry. Massaman curry is a dish based in a peanut sauce and there were no peanuts used in making this sauce (save for some tossed into the dish itself). Another reviewer also mentioned that the pad thai was too sweet and I must agree. This restaurant replied saying pad thai is a dish on the sweet side but it 's actually the combination of SPICES that bring out the sweetness. There weren 't real any spices used here i couldn 't taste lemongrass or thai basil, no bamboo shoots in the dish. It was all just quite bland and lacking flavour nuance. Not bad, just not worth coming back for. Also, the "thai salad ' is a total ripoff! It comes with like a few shreds of lettuce, 2 busted cherry tomatoes, 2 slices of cucumber, and HALF of a little container of a bland peanut sauce.

The few dishes I've tried have been good so far, will update to 5 star or rank it lower later on, after trying a few more dishes.
