They offer a good variety of kababs, with the chicken achari kabab being particularly delicious and one of my favorites. They also have good desserts.

The staff is friendly and can communicate in Bengali, Hindi, and English. Everything is perfect except for the AC, which is not very effective and may make you feel hot. Overall, I would give it 4 stars, but it would easily be a 5-star rating if the AC were improved.
