I had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant, enjoying some incredibly fresh and delicious pasta. While the seating was somewhat cramped, the decor was lovely and the service was excellent. This is another wonderful discovery in the neighborhood! View all feedback.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! We ordered the squid ink spaghetti, octopus, and another pasta dish, and all three were exquisite. The cocktails were also fantastic; they were well-balanced and reasonably priced. We even got to try the tiramisu, and it's truly life-changing! If you visit, be sure to order it—you'll be thanking me later! I want to give a special shout-out to Nichole. She was working hard to get our drinks ready while still providing outstanding customer service. She was definitely one of the reasons we loved this place so much. This restaurant is worth visiting, and I can see myself becoming a regular here.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, even during a weekend snowstorm! The service was great, although the staff could have been a bit more energetic – but everyone has off days. Fortunately, the delicious food more than made up for it. They offer a wonderful selection of breads and dipping sauces, along with a variety of specials. The Atlantic Char and the seafood empanadillas were both delicious. However, I would recommend skipping the shishito peppers and the braised beef/brisket sandwich, as they were somewhat bland compared to the other dishes. On the other hand, the sautéed cremini mushrooms were outstanding! I would gladly trade an entrée for two orders of those – they were that good!
I visited Evelina to celebrate a birthday with my family. Since I didn’t have a reservation, we had to wait for 50 minutes to get a table outside. The dishes were fantastic, and I would definitely return to try more. I ordered the seafood linguine and the roasted whole fish (which came with a side of fries), and both were excellent! The service was also above average.
I wish our Tonarelli Cacio e Pepe and mushroom ragu ravioli weren't so salty; it was overwhelmingly salty. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish the pasta. On a brighter note, the charred Spanish octopus was fantastic, and the grilled broccoli rabe was cooked to perfection. The tiramisu was also lovely.
This is my second time ordering the steak, but I have to say that the size is only half of what’s shown in the photo. It didn’t satisfy my appetite, and I probably won't be ordering this dish again.
