They were understaffed and juggling the line as well as the Ube... read more These folks were working hard today. This is a busy location at the 9 O'clock hour, no surprise. They were understaffed and juggling the line as well as the Uber Eats and other online orders that were constantly coming in. The guy behind the counter was very polite, apologetic, and multitasking like a pro. That said I was very surprised how well he and the team could handle this stressful situation. I generally expect a fast food level experience when going into any Dunkin'. But this team did an excellent job considering the circumstances, I hope that doesn't go unrecognized by management. The place was clean and the staff were efficient. They deserve 5 stars (and a raise) for handling a tough morning so well. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $1–10
