Customer service at this store is so bad. Rather go to deli then to this place. The woman how work there is out of mind.
They made my drink wrong, I went back and let them know. Instead of making me a new drink, they scooped the whipped cream off my drink and added the missing flavor and mixed it with a spoon. And added whipped cream cream cover up the whole and laughed the whole time. Never going back again, horrible service.
Honestly this is the second time I go at 10 am and they can’t make breakfast because they r cleaning!? WhT Dunkin’ Donuts can’t make u a bagel with cream cheese or hash browns at 10 in the morning?? Ridiculous if u ask me and the employees are also rude.
My drink was made wrong, so I went back to let them know. Instead of making me a new one, they just took off the whipped cream, added the missing flavor, and stirred it with a spoon. Then they put fresh whipped cream on top to hide their mistake and laughed the whole time. Because of the bad service, I won’t be coming back.
