The staff was attentive and friendly. But as for Dunkin Donuts as an establishment has gone downhill big time. Quality of food way down and prices for food and coffee waaay up. The coffee is still avg to above avg in quality. But i also purchased these lil pancakes. 6 of them for just under 3$. And they are smaller then a coaster. Like maybe 2 and a half inches wide. Not worth it and not even tasty. Altogether they may equal an avg size pancake. I only went after a cpl years because of a gift card i recieved for birthday. I purchased 3 med coffees and 2 6 peice mini pancakes a 1 jelly donut and it was $18 and change. Totally ridiculous. Especially considering quality. I am much happier with my Kuerig at home.

This experience was terrible. The staff treated the customers very poorly, and the man who was working there was rude and laughed at me. I will never patronize this restaurant again.

The restaurant always gets my order wrong. I requested sugar-free hazelnut syrup twice and they gave me regular syrup instead. Additionally, I inquired about the cheese options.

I order a hot macchiato with caramel french vanilla, I been drinking same coffee for 4 years. The guy gave me ice, when I corrected him, he brought me another cup, when i drove out halfway to my work place, took a sip of the cup only to see he put hot water in the cup
