This quaint little café is perfect for grabbing a quick bite. The female staff members are warm, attentive, and highly efficient. The quality of the tea is impressive. There are a few tables available for dining in. They also accept mobile payments. However, restroom access is limited due to ongoing maintenance. Overall, the place could benefit from a bit of general tidying up.

This restaurant was once very convenient, but it has recently undergone some noticeable changes. The quality of the food has declined, with several dishes being served half-frozen on multiple occasions. On my latest visit, I had to wait in a long line as a new employee was being trained by the manager. Even though I had already placed my order, the trainee mistakenly thought I hadn’t, leading to a disagreement that only the manager could resolve. I won't be going back to this restaurant for food again. However, I've heard that there has been an improvement in the staff recently. (2/2019)

I had a very disappointing experience at Dunkin'. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, but the bread was barely toasted—just warm—and the tomatoes inside were not roasted, only warm, so I had to remove them. Additionally, I was charged twice for my order by mistake. When I went to pick up my food, a staff member insisted I return to the register and swipe my debit card again, despite having already paid. There was a lot of arguing among the staff in both English and Arabic. I requested a refund, but ended up with my meal in a mess. I couldn’t return it because I had already paid for my train fare. Due to the unprofessional staff, overpriced food, and poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location at 6309 18th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11204.

This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited. The employees are rude and disrespectful, they don’t greet customers, and they speak to each other in another language. I will never return to this location and do not recommend it.

It’s frustrating enough to spend $6.28 on two donuts and a 20 oz soda, but I don’t appreciate being shortchanged on my change. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, either.
