The quality of the tea is impressive. There are a few tables available for dining in. They also accept mobile payments. However, restroom access is limited due to ongoing maintenance. Overall, the place could benefit from a bit of general tidying up.

The quality of the food has declined, with several dishes being served half-frozen on multiple occasions. On my latest visit, I had to wait in a long line as a new employee was being trained by the manager. Even though I had already placed my order, the trainee mistakenly thought I hadn’t, leading to a disagreement that only the manager could resolve. I won't be going back to this restaurant for food again. However, I've heard that there has been an improvement in the staff recently. (2/2019)

I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich at 10 AM, but when I went to pick it up, they informed me they were out of sourdough. No big deal, so I asked what bread they had available, and was told it was English muffins and some bagels. I opted for the English muffin, only to find out later that they were out of those too. So, I settled for a bagel, though it seemed like there wasn't much of a selection either. I really don't understand how they could be out of so many items so early in the morning. I've been to other Dunkin' locations, and they always seem to be well-stocked.
