Dunkin' - Brooklyn

Small cozy café for a quick bite. The female staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient. The tea is of high quality. There are a few tables for dining in. They accept mobile payments. The restroom availability is limited due to necessary maintenance. The place could use some general tidying up.

This restaurant used to be very convenient, but recently there have been significant changes. The food quality has gone downhill, with some items being half frozen on multiple occasions. During my most recent visit, I had to wait in a long line while a new employee was being trained by the manager. Despite already placing my order, the trainee mistakenly believed I hadn't and we had a disagreement before the manager finally sorted it out. I won't be returning to this establishment for food in the future. However, I have heard that there has been an improvement in staff recently. (2/2019)

Ordered a dozen donuts for delivery and received 0 donuts. Just a bunch of rolls. Not even a call saying they changed the order. Had I known I would have canceled. If I could give negative stars I would.Food: 1/5

I think it's the best dunkin donuts in Brooklyn and the ladies working there in the morning are absolutely adorable
