This is the worst place I have ever been to. An hour before closing, the two guys cleaned the machine and didn't want to make a coffee.

This Dunkin location in the NYC area is possibly the worst I have ever been to. It seems like the employees may be the problem, as the owner should do a better job of training and supervising them. The sandwich I ordered was ice cold in the middle, the hash browns were not cooked properly, and the coffee was barely warm despite my request for a hot coffee. Additionally, the employee added an excessive amount of sugar. Overall, this is the worst Dunkin experience I have ever had.

I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts for 4 years now, but after my most recent experience, I don't think I will be returning. The staff is usually decent, but sometimes they seem to be unaware of what they have. For example, when I asked for a milkshake with vanilla, one of the employees said they didn't have any, but then I saw vanilla syrup behind the counter. Today, I ordered a large iced chai tea with 1 sugar, less ice, and 2 chicken bacon croissant sandwiches through the mobile app. I always order ahead to save time, but when I arrived at nearly 8 o'clock, I was told they were out of the sandwiches. I asked for a replacement, and the cashier agreed. However, when I received my order, it was two bags of maple bacon snackers instead of the sandwiches I had asked for. I had specifically requested the croissant sandwiches, which cost $3.99 each, so why would I want a cheaper alternative? Despite being upset, I decided to leave with my chai tea. Unfortunately, when I tasted it a few blocks away, it was too sweet even though I had only asked for 1 sugar. This, along with the mix-up with my order, has led me to reconsider my loyalty to this establishment. I used to spend $10-$15 here multiple times a week, but now I may never go back. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service has cost them a valued customer.

I ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats, but it seems like they didn't pay attention to my order. I was missing three donuts and received the wrong order. The customer service was bad and I am very upset.
