Since g... read more I had a very disappointing experience during my last visit. Usually, I order the ice, but I wanted to give their darkest milk chocolate ice cream a try. Since gluten makes me sick, I asked which flavors were gluten-free, assuming all the chocolates would be safe except for the brownie. The staff member, whom I believe is Dolly's son, was quite curt with me and seemed to misunderstand my question entirely. He insisted that I should choose the chocolate ice instead, claiming it had no milk. I attempted to clarify, but he only became more rude. Gluten is not the same as milk, and there's no excuse for his unpleasant attitude. Overall, the quality of the place has declined, so I see this as a blessing in disguise.
