During my recent visit, the manager refused to serve me in the restaurant and instructed me to place my order online instead. Despite being at the counter ready to order, I was made to download an app, submit my order, and then wait for it to be prepared. When I expressed my frustration with this process, I was met with disrespect and told to contact the boss if I had a complaint. Overall, the customer service experience was lacking and disappointing.
