Blown away by the quality of the food and the service. Who knew this place was so good and only a 2 min walk away from my house.
Cherry Point is an Oasis in the desert. Brooklyn has a lot going on these days but since chef Ed Szymanski took over the kitchen here, he’s put this place on the map. The pheasant pie was delicious and comforting, the labneh blue my mind, the grilled oysters were like nothing I’ve had in NYC, and then posset. All I can say is damn. Go and find out what is happening in the culinary microcosm that is Bk
If there 's one NYC restaurant that nails the every neighborhood wishes they had this place thing it 's Cherry Point. Perfection.
The service was really slow but it was a busy Saturday night so it was understandable. They did forget to bring us the menus and our drink order but overall the food was amazing.
