Cherry Point is a solid little neighborhood establishment. The staff were very friendly and the food was tasty. They also use hay strays and appear to making efforts to be environmentally conscience. Unfortunately the prices are very high for the portion size. There are other nicer restaurants in the area (Sauvage and 5 Leaves) that have much bigger portions for roughly the same price. The food was amazing! Unique and tasty.
Blown away by the quality of the food and the service. Who knew this place was so good and only a 2 min walk away from my house.
Cherry Point is an Oasis in the desert. Brooklyn has a lot going on these days but since chef Ed Szymanski took over the kitchen here, he’s put this place on the map. The pheasant pie was delicious and comforting, the labneh blue my mind, the grilled oysters were like nothing I’ve had in NYC, and then posset. All I can say is damn. Go and find out what is happening in the culinary microcosm that is Bk
If there 's one NYC restaurant that nails the every neighborhood wishes they had this place thing it 's Cherry Point. Perfection.

Fantastic service and food. There’s a great happy hour! Definitely go for the labneh and oysters.
Awesome brunch in a very cool space. I had the fried egg sandwich and it was simply phenomenal. Because I have no self control, I also polished off a sticky toffee bun by myself. Coffee is great. Decent service.
One of the most unbelievably good meals I've had in New York City. I spent the evening here for a friend's birthday. Every dish was composed masterfully, the service was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience of food, drink, and sensory input of the decor within the venue is worthy of a Michelin star, not just a guide recommendation.
This place is a gem! Food is absolutely amazing heads down. We went Friday at 7:30 pm with reservation and it was very crowded. Food was a tiny bit slow but whole experience covered it up. We have tasted all the signatures. I will highly recommend Quill, White Fish, and duck breast. Another must-try is the cocktails.
I came here after reading The Infatuation review but couldn’t find the food from the review in the menu. Probably the menu has been changed since the review. I really liked the cocktails and the burger. The burger was a little salty than what I like but still had great flavor and juicy. The pork croquettes were also good. We didn’t like the cured meat so much but maybe will order a different kind next time.

Eating was amazing! unique and delicious.
From the quality of eating and service. who knew this place was so good and only 2 minutes away from my house.
We first visited Cherry Point as part of a large party celebrating a birthday and had an amazing evening enjoying the beef and game dinner. Specific standouts included the grilled oysters, lamb ribs, and pheasant and bacon pie. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for our anniversary and had an equally wonderful meal. Great service, nice wine list, delicious cocktails Cherry Point will be in our regular rotation for dining out.
If there's a NYC restaurant that wants the whole neighboring thing that it's this place thing it's cherry point. perfection.

Unfortunately the prices are very high for the portion size. There are other nicer restaurants in the area (Sauvage and 5 Leaves) that have much bigger portions for roughly the same price. The avocado toast with poached egg was TINY and came with no side salad or fries (like Sauvage does), and it was over $20. This place is a good in a pinch when the other spots are full. With a bit of tweaking to their portion size and/or pricing, I'd consider going back more often.
