Clean, decent price, fast service and excellent customer service. A simple Good Morning and/or Good afternoon as you entered the store really creates a good environment and the staff definitely brought into that environment. I don't really give 5 stars but I was pleased with my overall experience. View all feedback.
What Mrityunjay Misra doesn't like about Cava:
Not sure what’s going on at this place that they are unable to get an order right. Have been ordering in for months now and since the past couple of weeks, the order is missing sides, condiments or some of the selections in the bowl.Had kept myself from writing a scathing review till now but today, guess what my recent order of two falafel grain bowls was missing? FALAFEL! How do you miss adding the protein to a bowl... View all feedback.
Best lunch option salad if you ask me but they are short staffed and the lines keep getting longer and longer. 30 mins is too long to wait for “quick” service restaurant.
The food is usually good but for some reason the lettuce today was not fresh my whole appetite was spoiled and another thing the employees at this location not all but always seem to have a attitude not a very friendly atmosphere if you don't like your job do not take it out on others and they do treat you as you are the burden most of the time

I biked around for miles looking to satisfy my falafel craving, and ended up at this spot with its super long lunch line, with great anticipation. Unfortunately, for a Mediterranean cafe, the falafel was not even worth mentioning. In the big salad bowl I ordered, I ended up with a tiny dollop of tasteless hummus and two tiny, spongey, marble sized falafel balls. No crunch, no texture, no flavor — even frozen microwave falafel has more crisp. I even paid extra $2 for the “spicy falafel” and it had *zero* heat. It was literally like eating nothing. Fortunately the veg and sauces were all pretty decent and you can pile them on, which is the only thing that saved this review from being one star ???? and in all fairness, it looked like multitude of meat options were more interesting and flavorful. But, for half the price I’ll stick with the halal street cart vendors.
This is great for a quick salad bowl. The service was friendly and the food was very tasty. Nice sodas and lemonade too. Not just the generic cheap soda.
