When busy the fast-casual operation can feel rushed or brusque; when well-staffed it’s efficient and welcoming. If you haven't had the chance to try Cava yet, you're in for a real delight! I've been a loyal customer for over three years, and I absolutely love it! Their healthy salad bowls are not only nutritious but also incredibly delicious!
Just a heads up, they often forget to include the dressings when you place your order, and for nearly $5, a side of feta is not worth the price—it's only about a tablespoon. Other than that, the food is really good!
The cabbage wasn't clean or washed. The avocado was brown and not fresh. I ordered a bowl with pita bread, but it wasn't included. The brownie was quite small, and I wouldn't recommend it given the price.
I don’t know how long this location has been opened but I am happy because it beats having to find a reason to go into the city to mix my Cava craving. The staff that worked Friday, August 8, 25 evening (approximately 5pm-6pm) were phenomenal! I had an order that some would call “extra”. All members of the line crew were attentive, chill, efficient, friendly and accommodating; neither were judgmental of my selections. Checkout was also a breeze. They made my day.
