**Restaurant Review: A Taste of Disappointment** At a local eatery, expectations fell short as diners encountered a range of issues. Orders were incorrect, with sandwiches lacking essential ingredients and poorly executed drinks that tasted diluted. Customer service suffered from unprofessional attitudes, particularly from a staff member who reacted dismissively to feedback, making for an uncomfortable dining experience. Although there were positive interactions with another staff member who maintained a friendly demeanor, overall quality control and employee training appear lacking. It’s a disappointing reflection on a place that could be a favorite, leaving patrons frustrated rather than satisfied. Improvement is certainly needed.

What Gerardo White dislikes about Baskin-Robbins:
The experience wasn’t great; it was pretty mediocre overall. The ice cream is quite pricey and lacking in flavor. However, it's still better than what you’d find on the actual Dunkin' Donuts menu. Unfortunately, the staff was quite rude, which added to the disappointment. View all feedback.

I went there this morning and asked for a tomaten pesto grilled cheese on a croissant and asked to have an egg. Once I checked it, I noticed that it wasn't on a croissant, it had speck (I don't eat meat,) and had no ice in it. since my office was only 10 minutes to foot, I have nothing to do with going back and asking for a new one beside the simple fact that not what paid. jesja, the manager I suspect was very friendly and understanding about the thema, he was great. when he brought the care to the dame that prepared the eating, she immediately got a posture and put her finger on him as if she burns in the incenses and in the constructive critique (there was only me and another person in the load.) she quickly prepared a new one, shot it like in a pocket, and gives me a barely roasted croissant with unmelted cheese. regardless of their unnecessary posture, I ask them kindly if they could at least melt the cheese. I could add, isiah has taught all this and his friendly attitude was what has rubbed in me to continue to be patient with her. but when I asked about the melting of the cheese, she was annoyed again and she rolled her eyes. Jesiah took over at this point and finished the sand, which was for me, but until then the croissant was like gum, roasted and hard, by biting, completely unedible. but I didn't want to try again with this lady and get more attitude from her. I didn't catch her name, but I was very disappointed and I am grateful for the contagious energy Isaiahs who smiled through her. it should learn from it and make constructive criticism a little better.

I went to baskin whales on atlantic avenue, brooklyn to get ice for my birthday and to my surprise said the man, they had only chocolate, vanilla and earthy (in the prepacked) and for my free gloomy only what was there and there was not much. they had not my favorite taste on jamocha almond fudge, nor on butter pecan. to my surprise br 31 aromen had hardly any aromen. very disappointing. this situation, although occupied for dunkin donuts; mostly coffee, but it is very lacking and not a good location for a warm joy.

However, when he brought this issue to the attention of the woman preparing the food, she immediately reacted with hostility, raising her finger in a dismissive gesture as if to indicate she was overwhelmed and uninterested in any feedback (there were only two customers in the store). She hastily made a new sandwich, tossed it into a bag, and handed me a barely toasted croissant with unmelted cheese. Despite her unnecessary attitude, I kindly asked if she could at least melt the cheese. I want to mention that Isaiah was mediating all of this, and his positive demeanor encouraged me to remain patient with her. Unfortunately, when I asked for the cheese to be melted, she again seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes. At that point, Isaiah took over and finished preparing the sandwich for me, but by then, the croissant was tough and rubbery, making it difficult to enjoy. I wasn't willing to confront that woman again and risk getting more attitude. I didn’t catch her name, but I was very disappointed with the experience. I am, however, grateful for Isaiah's positive energy that helped me stay cheerful throughout it all. She could certainly benefit from learning to handle constructive criticism more gracefully.

I visited Baskin Robbins on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn to celebrate my birthday and treat myself to some ice cream. To my disappointment, the staff informed me that they only offered chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry in pre-packaged options, and those were my only choices for the free scoop. The selection was quite limited, and they didn't have my favorite flavor, Jamocha Almond Fudge, or my boyfriend's favorite, Butter Pecan. I was shocked to find that a place known for having 31 flavors hardly had any to choose from. Overall, this location was quite disappointing for ice cream, despite being busy with Dunkin Donuts, which seemed to focus more on coffee. Happy Birthday to me!
