When we finally reached the speaker, I ordered a banana split, but they didn’t have it. I then asked for a sundae, but they couldn’t prepare that either. I settled on a sprinkle cone with two scoops of ice cream and sprinkles on top. When we got to the window, I was handed a bag containing a bowl of ice cream—no cone or sprinkles. We requested a sprinkled cone again, and this time, we received a churro cone. Unfortunately, I dislike anything with a cinnamon flavor. By the time I realized what kind of cone it was, I had already added my ice cream to it. I couldn’t enjoy or finish my treat, as the cinnamon flavor made my stomach turn. Overall, the service was disappointing.

I got... read more Whoever made my order deserves a SERIOUS raise! This was 8-7-23 at 10:58 according to my receipt. I had a somewhat what difficult order and you NAILED IT! I got a Carmel cappuccino blast made with Oreo s’mores ice cream and my friend got a mocha cappuccino blast with chocolate ice cream. We also got 2 scoops of s’mores Oreo ice cream. Ooh and also got a strawberry sprinkle donut at the last minute, i hate adding things on at the window so I truly I appreciated your patience. Our drinks were not only correct, but I really feel like the person who made them went above and beyond. They topped so them nicely and took pride in making them really delicious drinks. I believe it was a female who made our order, the only name on the receipt is Ashraf I’m not 100% sure if that’s who made the order or just rang it up. But really, the whole crew was working hard and doing a great job! This was the best service I’ve ever received at a Baskin Robins. Anyways, to whoever made our order: Thank you, you did an incredible job! I hope you get that raise, you 100% deserve it! ?

Called ahead to make sure they had a spec... read more Every time there is always an issue not to mention a majority of their employees are so rude. Today was the last time. Called ahead to make sure they had a specific ice cream because they are always out of everything when you go. They told me they had it so I made the 15 20 min drive out there through the annoying ridge construction to get there and be told they don't have it. Waste of time.
