Description
**Dining Dilemma: A Mixed Bag at Chipotle**
The Chipotle experience can vary widely, particularly in Cleveland, where some locations have drawn sharp criticism. Patrons report frequent inventory shortages—tortillas, guacamole, and essential toppings are often unavailable, leaving guests frustrated. Complaints about food quality, including issues like spoiled chicken and overly salted fajitas, are common. Service also leaves much to be desired, with staff perceived as unfriendly and unprofessional. However, not all branches suffer the same fate; some locations have received praise for generous portions and attentive service, proving that consistency remains a challenge for this once-beloved fast-casual chain.

This is the worst Chipotle in Cleveland. They had no tortillas at all—how can a burrito place operate without them? They also didn't have fajitas, vinaigrette, or guacamole. On top of that, they charge an extra dollar for their bowls.
This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to! I previously got food poisoning from another location, but this one surpassed that experience with the terrible taste of spoiled chicken from the day before. The fajitas were loaded with way too much salt! Now, I've unfortunately gotten food poisoning yet again. Honestly, Chipotle should just shut down for good; this place is awful. You've made me realize I’ll never go back to Chipotle again!
The bowl contained too little meat, and there were no utensils provided, so I had to search for everything myself.
