Description

Nestled in the heart of the city, this bagel shop presents a perplexing blend of opinions. While some patrons rave about the delicious, fresh bagels and friendly service, others lament inconsistent quality and unfriendly interactions. Complaints include undercooked bacon, mediocre bagels, and high prices, with a notable critique of staff demeanor. Yet, for those seeking a quick, satisfying breakfast, the shop's vast selection and 24/7 availability remain appealing. Overall, this establishment may satisfy the cravings of some, while others may choose to explore nearby options for their bagel fix.

The prices are too high and the bagels are just average at best. The person at the register always seems angry whenever I visit. Each interaction with them is consistently negative and confrontational. I only began coming here after my favorite bagel shop closed, but I am no longer willing to put up with this. They should clearly display a sign stating that payment is required before ordering. Rather than yelling at customers all day for assuming they can pay upon receiving their food.

What happen to this place..The bagels aren't good and for the price they are cheap with the cream cheese, lettuce or anything you pay extra for. Brooklyn bagel or Zuckerberg is so much better... not coming here again...born and raised and it's a disappointment.

This place is an absolute staple. Amazing and fresh bagels with a large selection of choices. I haven't had anything from here that wasn't delicious and satisfying. They are also open 24/7 in true NYC fashion which is worth 5 stars alone.
