Amarachi - Brooklyn

The table cover had food stain on it. The oxtail was not cooked fully. I didn't eat my food. The waiter was nice enough to not charge me for the food. The only thing I felt safe to eat was a salad which I took to go. My friend's j chicken was dry and hard. Either they are over cooking or under cooking the food. What happened to the food cook? Was so good last time I came, which was in 2021. This place had so much potential to be great but doesn't seem to be doing well as a result to the cook. That's why people come to eat and enjoy the atmosphere. I hope they do better and may even add a better menu option.

Stopped here yesterday on a whim with my bestfriend yesterday. It was a great day outside and the have a great outdoor space. Our server Barbara was wayyyy beyond amazing, engaging and hilarious. I'll visit again just to see her. But honestly the fooodddd it took a lil bit to come out but it's because EVERYTHING is so fresh! I had the salmon with a parmesan cheese sauce, spinach, jollof and a pitcher of mango mimosa. My best friend had the red snapper, jollof and a side salad that she loved. Can't wait to visit at night! I recommend 10/10! P.S. you get a beautiful view of the Brooklyn Bridge!

Had a birthday there unfortunately a lot of my guest didn't show up but the service was trashy. I did not like the fact that there was no actual cleanup before we booked our spot. Evidently there was a party before mine and they did not clean up before our party!2nd My daughter was setting up and had complaints cs staff didn't want to involve themselves in helping but wanted a tip afterwards??!The service was spotty at the time we had this party Neva again, very expensive!!!!!!!

We had an incredible experience. I came here with a friend, and we were immediately treated with great hospitality. The staff is personable and helpful. Our food wasn’t super fast, but we could tell that’s because they put real care into the food. The food was delicious, and the portions were hefty. The vibe of the place was good; it would be a great option for a night out.
