Hip Sing Bbq - Feedback

What Tim R likes about Hip Sing Bbq:
Best roasted duck and pork in the twin cities. Very casual dine-in experience. I assume a lot of their business is take-out. It may appear that there are a ton of customers there, based on the used car lot number of vehicles parked in the front and back in the business but it is like this even when the restaurant is empty. So I usually get pork and duck when I order here. My main complain is that the old man working there don’t use gloves or wash his hands before doing multiple things. I saw him being food out from the back that was for take out, grabbed duck then grabbed pork. He then bagged up some orders.
