Went through the drive thru. The orders taker was very friendly. The food was good but the chicken was unfortunately a little over done or it has been left on the warmer to long View all feedback.
What Ryan Freitas doesn't like about Kfc:
This place says its lobby is open until 10pm, but 90% of the time it’s locked all day. The expect you to use the drive through which is fine for most people but I drive a commercial truck and can’t fit in the drive through. You guys need to staff some people to run the lobby. I saw 4 different people try to get in and leave the same time I tried to eat. You’re losing business with your laziness. View all feedback.
Service is sorta prompt but all ways long ones at drive thru and inside. instance it took me 10 minutes to give my order pot pie. took 30 minutes to get my pot pie precooked sitting in a
Friday closing hours say 9pm at 815 both doors were locked
This KFC/Taco Bell has quite possibly the most disorganized and rude management I have ever seen. Whoever is in charge of inventory can't even make sure that there is chicken stocked. Yes, you read that right, NO CHICKEN at a KFC/Taco Bell. This has happened three times that I know of in the last two months alone, so you can imagine everything else that is never in stock. That alone is already bad, but the kitchen staff? Even worse. Anytime a customer asks a question to the cashier about the food, the kitchen staff will yell over the cashier, explaining it with a massive condescending tone to the CUSTOMER. Ah, the chefs deal with a lot all day, though, try to ignore them or tell the manager. Okay, but the manager never comes out from the back, and the staff won't go get him for you. The assistant manager? Even worse than the kitchen staff, I have seen him belittle his own staff and CUSTOMERS on more than one occasion. But all that is fine right, the food and time it takes to get to you is what really matters, right? Well, they haven't even figured that out yet. Wait times are told to the customer by staff to be 10-15 minutes, but I have never gotten my order here in less than 45 minutes. Whether there are 20 people or 2 people waiting for their food, it's always at least 30 minutes over the estimated time. The quality? I've never had more inconsistencies with food quality in my life. Some days, it's good, but most days, it's borderline inedible. I've called KFC corporate multiple times about this KFC/Taco Bell, and nothing has changed. Save your money and go lanywhere else to eat. An actual dumpster fire has fewer problems than this KFC/Taco Bell combo
This KFC is also linked to the Taco Bell which makes it convenient for your picky eaters. Convenely located on hwy 101 in Brookings. Quite atmosphere. Nice employees. Don't forget those coupons overall good deal
Doors locked at 755 p.m. and they were out of several main items like coleslaw. Plus no utensils or sauces requested. Had to go back through the drive thru just to ask because the lobby doors were ?. They had several people working. So frustrating!
