I received a confirmation e... read more I placed an order at 5:30 PM with the expectation that it would be ready by 6:45 PM at the Brookway Blvd location in Brookhaven, MS. I received a confirmation email, followed by another email at 6:30 PM stating that my order was almost finished. However, when I arrived, my son was informed that it would take longer because they needed to cook some meatballs. They promised to call me with an explanation, but I never received a call. I tried reaching them multiple times, only to get a busy signal for over an hour. After waiting for two hours, my order was finally completed. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. The only reason I'm giving it one star is that I couldn't submit a review without at least one.
