Very distracting when you go to get work done.

While standing and waiting for the drinks t... read more Went with a party of three, and all three of us ended us getting severely sick from the milk or lack of cleanliness. While standing and waiting for the drinks to be made, there was a barista that was making the foam, and we were highly disgusted. She was using a rag that was sitting in a small tub of water that looked like it never got emptied out to clean the spout/nozzle and make drinks.

I’m not sure if they make the nitro cold brew itself incorrectly, or what, but this is my third time now that they gave me a drink that was pitch black. I even went back and asked for it to be remade, and the girl behind the counter acted like I was the problem. A vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew is NOT supposed to be pitch black. Starbucks already is expensive enough as it is, this location needs to get it together.

I went to go up to the counter to order a water and the manager (or so I... read more I don't usually write reviews for chains, but the interaction I had today was so weird. I went to go up to the counter to order a water and the manager (or so I assume. She had no nametag on but all I can ID her with is the fact that she had brown hair and was quite tall) managed to sit there at the register and yell at a new-looking barista right in front of me about, “not doing her job right,” even though the young woman was literally in the middle of doing something! Absolutely unprofessional. Maybe instead of interrupting the barista in the middle of doing something important, why don’t YOU take my order, since you’re not doing much? The rest of the baristas looked super uncomfortable and upset afterwards. Great service by the rest of the staff, but this manager is quite unprofessional and overall doesn’t actually know how to “manage” people at all. Yelling at your baristas in front of customers is so extremely unprofessional. Do better.
