The trainer commande... read more Bakery is pretty good, but the customer service organization is missing a bit. Fall in Point, group of about 20 young girls (Soccer team? . The trainer commanded all 3 registers as every girl made her order. Then, when all orders are completed, coach went to each register to pay the bill. In my opinion, Panera 1 (or 2 registers) should have dedicated to the team and leave a register open to other customers.

I tried the Mexican Street Corn Soup for the first time, and it was excellent.

Although the hot water container was empty when we requested tea, they promptly brought us some hot water. It was refreshing to see the staff serving with a smile.

For instance, a group of about 20 young girls, likely a soccer team, occupied all three registers while sorting out their orders. Afterward, the coach had to pay at each register individually. I think Panera should have reserved one or two registers for the team and kept at least one open for other customers.

I called ahead before placing my order to ask if it would be possible for them to accommodate my liquid diet since my jaw is wired shut. I inquired whether they could blend my soup for me, and not only was she willing to help, but she was also genuinely happy to do so! She asked how smooth I needed the soup to be for my diet and executed it perfectly. I ordered two containers of broccoli cheese soup, and both were blended so well that I was able to drink them through a straw, just as I needed. It's the best thing I've eaten all month! Since my surgery, I have asked several Panera locations in the area to accommodate my request, but they all refused. I often went without eating on workdays because of this. Today, I was especially hungry, so when Barbra was thrilled to blend my soup, I can honestly say she made my entire day 200% better! A huge thank you to Barbra and the team at this location! They are fantastic, and the food was excellent as well! I highly recommend them—20 out of 10!
