McDonald's - Brookfield
McDonald's
Description
McDonald's has become a polarizing dining experience, with diners reporting both poor service and delightful meals. Many patrons cite frequent order mistakes, unprofessional staff interactions, and an unclean environment. Yet, some locations stand out with friendly, efficient service and perfectly executed meals, including hot fries and ice-cold Coke. While quality varies, certain menu items like the steak bagel and classic McFlurry shine through. Despite the inconsistencies, those lucky enough to visit well-managed branches enjoy a nostalgic fast-food experience that keeps them coming back for more. Overall, diners are advised to check their orders before leaving.

It took 27 minutes to receive 2 sandwiches and fries at this restaurant. The soda machine was out of CO2 and when I informed the staff, they initially ignored me. I just wanted to let them know about the issue, but when I tried again, they simply said they were aware. It would have been helpful to be notified of the issue before attempting to get drinks. Unfortunately, this particular McDonald's location does not seem to prioritize customer satisfaction. I would recommend avoiding this establishment, as they do not seem to care about providing good service.
Scheduled to open at 5 am. Arrived right at 5 on way to a trip. Waited until 510 am, drove around building twice, tried both drive thru lanes, and tried calling twice. There were cars there but apparently employees we saw inside weren't interested inserving customers or communicating a delay during posted business hours. So glad we didn't pre pay by ordering online and thenlose our money.
I will never dine at this restaurant again. I visited early this morning around 5 o'clock, and after finishing my meal, I suddenly began to vomit my hash browns and caramel frappe. I want to emphasize that I do not have Covid; I was perfectly fine before eating. I hold the cooks and the manager responsible for this, as I am still feeling nauseous.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely friendly, especially given that it was a holiday. The food was served quickly and was delicious.
I went through the drive-thru around 7:30 PM last night and encountered a few issues when placing my order. The young woman taking the order was friendly, which was nice. However, when I reached the window, a young Asian girl with glasses took my card without providing a total. She then handed me three drinks in a torn carrier, two of which were tipping over. When she brought my kids' Happy Meals to the window, she seemed to toss them onto the counter. She opened the window and shoved the meals towards me as if I had done something to ruin her day. The food was then pushed out of the window and the window was slammed shut. I’m not exactly sure what I did to warrant such treatment. With a total of $35 for fast food, I think I’ll choose a different place next time. There’s a reason more and more teens are being replaced by kiosks.
